Strength Circuit is a dynamic, full-body workout that blends functional strength training with time-based stations to keep your body moving and muscles firing. You’ll rotate through a series of strength-focused exercises using battle ropes, medicine balls, rower, and power bags, to name a few, targeting all major muscle groups with minimal rest and maximum efficiency. Expect a strong focus on form, variety, and progressive overload in a supportive, upbeat environment. Great for building strength, boosting endurance, and keeping your training fresh and fun. All fitness levels welcome, move at your own pace.
