Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all users and participants of
Revibe3040 services including:
studio classes, workshops, challenges, retreats, events, and online platforms.
By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms:
Bookings & Payments
• All classes and sessions must be pre-booked via our booking system or app.
• Payment must be made in advance unless otherwise arranged.
• Multi-pass packages, memberships, and special offers are non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by law.
• Retreats or events may have separate terms which will be outlined prior to
registration.
• A ongoing monthly merchant processing fee of 1.7% & 0.30c will be applied from Stripe. These fees are included within pricing plans.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
• Cancellations must be made 3 hours before the session to avoid losing the credit.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeited sessions or a fee.
• Revibe3040 reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class or event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. instructor illness, low attendance).
Health & Safety
• You must complete all relevant waiver and health forms (PAR-Q, consent forms) before participating.
• It is your responsibility to disclose any injuries, illnesses, or medical concerns prior to training.
• If you are pregnant or postpartum, you must notify your coach.
• Participation is at your own risk. You should consult your doctor before beginning any new exercise or wellness program.
Studio Etiquette
• Please arrive on time. Late entry may not be permitted once class starts.
• Respect staff, space, and other participants. Disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
• Wear appropriate footwear and bring your own towel and water bottle.
• Phones must be on silent and not used during sessions unless for health
reasons.
Intellectual Property
All content including class formats, programs, logos, videos, and materials are the intellectual property of Revibe3040 and may not be copied, recorded, or redistributed without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Revibe 3040 and its staff are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained while participating in classes or using studio facilities, except where required by law.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updated versions will be available on our website and effective immediately.

Membership Policy
Automatic Renewal
All Revibe3040 memberships renew automatically on a rolling month-to-month basis unless cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
• A minimum 3-month commitment is required before cancelling a membership.
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@revibe.com.au with 30 days’ notice.
• Cancellations will not be accepted verbally or via social media.
• Your membership will remain active and be charged until written cancellation is received and the notice period is complete.
Suspensions / Holds
• Suspensions are allowed for up to 2 weeks at a time, every 6 months only.
• Suspensions must be for a minimum of 5 days.
• Requests must be submitted in writing and approved before they take effect.
Early Termination
• Cancelling your membership before the agreed minimum term may result in payment of the remaining membership fees.
• Unused sessions are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person upon approval by Revibe3040.
Expiry & Refunds
• Membership classes expire at the end of each week/fortnight/month.
• Unused classes do not roll over and are not refundable.
• Refunds are only offered where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Non-transferable
Memberships are personal and may not be shared, except in cases where unused sessions are transferred (with written approval).
Fee Structure
• Credit card transactions incur a 1.7% & 0.30c fee from Stripe. All processing fees are included in the plans.
Price Adjustments
Revibe 3040 reserves the right to reasonably increase membership pricing with advance written notice.
Compliance with Studio Policies
By joining, you agree to abide by all studio rules, cancellation procedures, and Revibe 3040’s Code of Conduct.
Refund Policy
At Revibe3040, we are committed to providing high-quality fitness, wellness, and holistic
experiences. We understand that sometimes plans change, so we’ve created a fair and
transparent refund policy to support both our clients and our business.
Classes & Casual Sessions
• Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before the scheduled session to
avoid forfeiting the session or incurring a fee.
• No refunds will be issued for missed or unattended sessions unless due to
medical reasons with supporting documentation.
• Sessions cancelled within the notice period may be credited for future use within
the validity period.
Memberships & Packages
• All memberships and class packs are non-refundable once purchased.
• Suspensions are permitted for a maximum of 2 weeks every 6 months and must
be for a minimum of 5 days per suspension. Suspensions outside of this policy will not be
approved unless due to documented medical reasons or unforeseen circumstances.
• If you experience injury, illness, or extenuating circumstances, a pause or
extension may be considered with supporting documentation.
• Early termination of a membership contract will incur the full amount of remaining
payments owed, as per the agreement. Unused sessions will not be refunded but may be
transferred to another participant upon approval.
Events, Workshops & Retreats
• Deposits for special events (e.g., breathwork, sound healing, ice baths, retreats)
are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event may be eligible for a
partial refund or credit.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not be refunded, but you may
transfer your place to someone else upon notification.
Merchandise
• Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days if unused, in original
packaging, and with proof of purchase.
• Refunds will not be issued for used items unless they are faulty.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully and feel free to reach out
to discuss any services or purchases before committing.

Media Consent

Revibe3040 - Photo, Video & Testimonial Release
At Revibe3040, we love to capture the energy, community, and empowerment that happens in
our sessions. Occasionally, we may photograph or record content during classes, events, or
retreats for promotional use.
By attending a Revibe3040 service, you may be photographed or recorded unless otherwise
notified.
You grant Revibe3040 the right to use your image, video, voice, or testimonial for marketing
purposes including:
• Website, email newsletters, and social media
• Printed materials and promotional campaigns

If you do not wish to be included in any media:
